What's included (all plans)
- Mounting the camera on a wall, ceiling or shelf
- Connecting it to your Wi-Fi
- Mobile app set up on your phone with live view, motion alerts and two-way talk
- SD card formatted and recording (if you have a card)
- Checking the picture by day and at night
1 year support (top plan only)
Included for 12 months from installation:
- Phone / WhatsApp / remote help, Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM
- App re-setup: new phone, Wi-Fi or router change, adding family members, password reset
- Firmware updates, re-aiming and resetting alert zones and schedules
- Brand warranty claims handled for you: we remove the faulty unit, deal with the brand and refit it
- 1 on-site visit within Panvel / Navi Mumbai during the 12 months
Not included:
- Hardware replacement beyond the brand warranty
- Damage from water, lightning, power surges, tampering or a fall
- New cabling, relocation or extra cameras (see CCTV Add-on Services)
- Cloud recording subscriptions, SD cards and hard disks
- Visits outside Panvel / Navi Mumbai (quoted separately)
Not included (quoted before work)
- The camera (Installation only tier)
- SD card and cloud subscription
- Extension cords, long power cables or Wi-Fi extenders
- Wi-Fi network problems that need router work

Is the camera included?
Only in the Camera tiers. The Installation only tier is for a camera you already have. Camera tiers include a 3MP Wi-Fi camera, e.g. TP-Link Tapo C210 or an equivalent model; the exact model depends on stock and we confirm it before delivery.
How do I order more than one camera?
Price per camera; set quantity to the number of cameras. Support in the 1 year tier is per camera.
Does it need Wi-Fi?
Yes. The camera needs a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi signal where it is mounted and a power point nearby.
