Installation only tier: you provide the kit. Kit tiers include a 4-camera kit, e.g. CP Plus 2.4MP (4 cameras, 4-channel DVR, 4-channel SMPS, about 70 m cable, 1 TB hard disk, connectors) or an equivalent confirmed before delivery. Casing, conduit and extra cable are charged per metre.

1 year support (top plan only)
Included for 12 months from installation:
- Phone / WhatsApp / remote help, Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM
- App re-setup: new phone, Wi-Fi or router change, adding family members, password reset
- Firmware updates, re-aiming and resetting alert zones and schedules
- Brand warranty claims handled for you: we remove the faulty unit, deal with the brand and refit it
- 2 on-site visits (1 preventive health check and 1 breakdown visit) within Panvel / Navi Mumbai during the 12 months
Not included:
- Hardware replacement beyond the brand warranty
- Damage from water, lightning, power surges, tampering or a fall
- New cabling, relocation or extra cameras (see CCTV Add-on Services)
- Cloud recording subscriptions, SD cards and hard disks
- Visits outside Panvel / Navi Mumbai (quoted separately)
Not included (quoted before work)
- The kit (Installation only tier)
- PVC casing, conduit or cable beyond the kit (charged per metre)
- Concealed or underground cabling (quoted after survey)
- Monitor or TV for the DVR
- Extra cameras beyond 4

Is the camera kit included?
Only in the Camera kit tiers. They include a 4-camera kit, e.g. CP Plus 2.4MP with DVR, power supply, cable and 1 TB hard disk, or an equivalent; we confirm the exact kit before delivery.
How many days of recording will I get?
With a 1 TB hard disk and 4 cameras, roughly 2 to 3 weeks depending on settings. A bigger disk is available at extra cost.
Can I add more cameras later?
Yes. A 4-channel DVR takes 4 cameras; for more we upgrade the DVR. Use CCTV camera setup for extra cameras.
